Biography
At the behest of Rachel and 3-DAC, Dr. Quest comes so Commander Burns informs him that all Intelligence-One missions are an utmost concern for national security.
Burns tells Benton that during the adventure in the Southern Hemisphere, Race Bannon has been instructed to remain armed at all times.
Dr. Quest also has Rachel come as she is a world-ranked biologist.
Once Burns patched them through the I-One headquarters in Peru, they are greeted by a general who told Team Quest about strange mutations occurring in a remote region of the rainforest that could damage the ecosystems there.
