Dizzy Devil is a supporting character of the Tiny Toon Adventures franchise.
He was voiced by Maurice LaMarche in the original series and by Betsy Sodaro in the reboot.

Dizzi Devil is a light purple tasmanian devil with a big mouth, he wears a yellow beanie with a propeller.

Dizzy is one of the three characters who helps Buster Bunny to rescue Babs Bunny, who was kidnapped by Montana Max. Dizzy can use his spin who not only can defeat the enemies and pass over traps, also can destroys blocks.

Dizzy is one of the Buster Bunny's friends who were brainwashed by Gene Splicer, Dizzy is the first who helps him to defeat Buster, he will spin on the branches of the threes to attack Buster, once Gene got defeated, Dizzy was freed from the brainwash.
Trivia
- In the reboot series, Dizzy is implied to be non-binary as nobody referred to his actual gender. Dizzy had a male grown voice the original series which showed his gender and a female voice in the reboot.
- He seems to have his original design but as a much smarter personality.
