Matrona is a supporting character in the anime/manga series The Seven Deadly Sins. She is the wife of Zalpa and the stepmother of Sol and Della. She also is a mentor along with Diane and Dolores, as a former warrior chief of the Giant Clan.
She was voiced by Rina Satō in Japanese version and Allegra Clark in English.
Appearance
Matrona is a giant woman has a long blonde hair with it's straight tied up with a ponytail and purple eyes. Her body are muscular and toned, despite her retains a feminine shape. She is much larger than the other human. Over 15 years ago, she wears a blue camo clothes is covering by the bust with cutting on the body.
As a normal, she wears a dark black tank top and pants. The bangs is no longer. She also has a wooden foot peg when she on the right side of her feet, and it cutting off by her husband to leave the poison by the spreading during her body.
Personality
Matrona is very proud giantess, where is among common trait giants. She was start fighting from the humans into a willing mercenary, that as a payment was involved. She was cowards merciless from her enemies, who is respects and honors the opponents as they getting to her great fight. She can defeat from the fight that her believed worst than lose. Her members clan that to needs a be stronger, which why she pushed Diane and Dolores both maximum potential. She was caring about her values despite individual with struggles with project to feel her friends. Later, she is shown easy honored Diane's parents taking care and request of her this stand.
Meanwhile, she also has a ruthless and prideful warriors attitude had never changing into a past over fifteen years, has been rescue by husband, Zalpa, this man let Diane go to free instead for kills. The teach how to value lives, and she became kinder. She also becoming a mother, as she had two step-children, Sol and Della. Later, she remains strict to Diane whatever just like a funny or she don't take serious.
