Patty Storm (AKA: Pluvia) is one of the main protagonists in the Cartoon Meteoheroes. She is a girl with Water abilities and she is one of the members of Meteoheroes.

Biography

Meteoheroes (TV Show)

Patty was born in Seattle later moved to USA to go to the MEC. She later got her powers and now she is fighting for the earth's safety along with the other Meteoheroes. Sometimes she will go into a mission with Fulmen or Nubess to defeat The Maculans and stop Dr. Makina's evil plans.

Pluvia appeared as one of the playable characters in The Meteoheroes Video game.

Appearance

In her Superhero Form. She has blue suit and her helmet is shaped like an water drop.

In her human form. She has blue hair. Yellow boots and blue clothes.

Personality

She is chill and nice but at times she can argue or get mad.

Abilities

• Water: She can use water to stop fire or stop The Maculans
• Wheater: She can create wheater to stop the fire or stop The Maculans.
• Puddle: She can become a puddle to get inside buildings.
