The Synopsis of Revali from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
Background
Revali before becoming the Rito Champion.
Revali was born and raised in Rito Village and lived among the other members of his tribe. While his early childhood, remains unknown, he is known to have been training all his life to be the top archer in the land and coming up with new ways to improvise. His prowess, as well as his setting steep records in archery competitions made him popular and adored by the Rito, especially young children. Revali often strove to live up to those expectations to extreme lengths, but the attention he was receiving eventually took a toll on his emotional well-being, where he begins to rely greatly on the praise of others to put his internal torment at ease for a while. After winning his latest competition, he requests that a Flight Range to be constructed at Dranoc's Pass due to its constant updrafts where he can practice in peace and to get away from unwanted attention. He came up with a move that would take aerial battle to a whole new height and would proceed to succeed in summoning wind to bring him into the air.
He found that it wasn't easy as he kept getting caught and blown out of the sky by the wind, to his frustration at not getting the exact ascent right. Since he is creating a new move, he would have to learn it on his own. The praise he was receiving also brought forth a confident barrier to hide his insecurities from the world, not wanting to be viewed as weak and incapable. He later permitted the Flight Range to be used by the Rito children and hoped to teach the next generation of warriors as there will be dangerous times. He opts to try a new strategy in controlling the wind and refuses to believe that it was impossible.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
He eventually heard ongoing rumors of Calamity Ganon's imminent return; recalling that the Sheikah scientists had unearthed the Divine Beasts, one of them being Divine Beast Vah Medoh and Hyrule's Royal Family is seeking potential warriors with skill and a soul with sacred power. Revali saw this as an opportunity to prove his worth by becoming Medoh's pilot and defeat Ganon.
When Princess Zelda arrived, he asked about their plan and quickly wished he didn't when he hears that the Divine Beasts are back up for a certain Hylian knight chosen by the Master Sword. He was upset at the thought of being a sidekick and thought of turning it down at first, but Zelda lets him know that so many lives are at stake, and they need his help. As much as Revali hated being sidelined, the look on her eyes already had its influence on him. He delays his answer to get his thoughts sorted out of self-respect.
When the princess is about to arrive the following day, Revali opts to accept and knows that she will be happy to hear it and he finds the timing to be good as he is close to perfecting his new move and felt optimistic at the thought of everyone looking up to him and pleading for him to defeat Ganon and looked forward to that day.
When Zelda arrives by horseback to receive her answer, Revali is seen calling up the wind and takes off, only to be caught and blown out of the sky and he chastises himself for the failure. He spies the watching princess and calls her out for eavesdropping. She apologizes and explains that she was told that she would find him at the Flight Range. Revali accepts his call to pilot Divine Beast Vah Medoh before proceeding to try one more time to perfect his move and he made it through without falling and shoots all the targets as the Princess watched in amazement and tells her that he plays a big role in helping the Hylian knight defeat Ganon and smugly adds that if he loses confidence as a result of seeing him in action, she should not come crying to him.
Revali is required to undergo three trials in order prove his worth in taming Divine Beast Vah Medoh, through shooting the flame dragon, Dinraal's horn, passing through the glowing rings on the frigid peaks of Hebra, and shoot all four targets in quick succession. Revali managed to pass the test with flying colors.
Revali attends the inaugeration ceremony.
He attends the Inauguration Ceremony alongside Link, Mipha, Daruk, and Urbosa and they were each bestowed blue cloths by King Rhoam and Princess Zelda to signify their new status and Revali begins wearing his like a scarf. After this, Revali takes interest in Zelda's Sheikah Slate and takes it from her hands to examine it. She explains that it's capable of many things but has yet to learn its secrets. Revali then passes the device to Mipha to let her have a look. When Urbosa brings up the fact that it can capture still-images, an intrigued Mipha has an idea. Purah offers to take their photo and instructs everyone to get into position. When it becomes satisfactory, she tells everyone to smile, and Daruk pulls everyone into a hug with goofy results.
After his success at mastering his new move, he tried to come up with an appropriate name for it and eventually settled it with Revali's Gale. Zelda notes that Mipha, Revali, and Urbosa managed to control their Divine Beasts just fine, only Daruk struggled so the Divine Beasts were calibrated to make it more compatible and easier for them.
Revali attends Link's ceremony to become Zelda's appointed knight with the other Champions and notice just how negative her speech was. Daruk was disappointed and Revali tells him that it was his idea in the first place to give him one and feels that he is on the same page as the princess regarding Link before Urbosa tells him to stop it and gives her account that Zelda sees Link as a reflection of her failure whereas he had already accomplished something.
Revali speaking to Link.
Princess Zelda went to Rito Village, this time, alongside Link, to speak with the elder on official business. Revali wonders why people love Link and notices how he was so quiet on a regular basis. He gave Link the honor of showing off his Gale and couldn't get a reaction out of him. Revali then boasts of his impressive ability and that he created it to allow him to soar and calls it an art of aerial techniques and with those properly applied, they could easily dispense with Ganon. He then changes the subject as he walks around Link as he expresses disdain that despite the fact that he himself is one of the most skilled archers, he feels that his talents are being wasted to assist him, only because he has the Master Sword, dubbing this fact "asinine". He then challenges Link to a duel and wonders where they could do it, then suggests doing one on Vah Medoh, which is in the sky. Revali laughs as he reminds Link that he doesn't have a way to reach Medoh on his own. He uses his Gale again to fly to Medoh while taunting Link as he leaves. As his diary states, his reason for flying to Medoh was to find solace there, indicating that he felt hurt that Link never reacted to anything he did.
On Zelda's seventeenth birthday, Daruk tells Revali that they must see off Link and Zelda in the morning and again in sunset. Revali is miffed that he had to take part in it, but the look on Zelda's face when she pleaded for his help came to haunt his mind and realized that she isn't just determined, she was also desperate and was under pressure of her sacred duties that she spent a decade trying to access and came to the fact that he himself had a hard time understanding the problems of those who lack talent, and strove to do so. Revali never disliked Zelda and recognizes that she tries her hardest, but it was never good enough. He decides not to see her off in the morning, but he does resolve to meet with her again at sundown, hoping that her power would cut her some slack and finally surface this time.
Revali distraught when he figures that Princess Zelda's training did not go well at Mt. Lanayru.
Revali awaits Link and Zelda's return from the Spring of Wisdom with the other three Champions at the East Gate of Lanayru Road. When she does, she looked extremely despondent, and the Champions notice this and are saddened by it. Revali looked tense when he asked for clarification that her power did not awaken, which she confirms. Urbosa tells her not to feel sorry for herself as it wouldn't help anything, and they just need to keep searching for another way. Mipha then tries to put herself in Zelda's boots when trying to console her but is interrupted by a sudden quake. Revali used his Gale to investigate the phenomenon where he witnesses to his horror, Hyrule Castle being surrounded by Malice and Ganon's presence, before rejoining them. Daruk instructs the Champions to go to their Divine Beasts and tells Link to head to Hyrule Castle, as Revali looks away. Urbosa urges Zelda to take refuge, but she refuses as she wants to do something, power or no power.
Revali and the Champion Pilots are not seen again in the memories following Ganon's return. Revali's route has him flying to Divine Beast Vah Medoh with minimal obstacles and he finds that Vah Medoh had already been corrupted by Windblight Ganon upon arrival and was sealed inside. He fought as much as he could, but his life was taken away from him. Princess Zelda's power finally awakens when she protects a fatally wounded Link from the corrupted Guardians and when she learns from the voice in the Master Sword that there's still hope in saving Link, she orders the Sheikah soldiers to take Link to the Shrine of Resurrection right away. Zelda takes the Master Sword to Korok Forest where the Great Deku Tree will watch over it until Link awakens and made several other preparations for his eventual return before sealing Ganon and herself away for a hundred years. Ganon's incarceration led to the Divine Beasts and most of the Guardians to go dormant. The Rito were devastated by the loss of their beloved warrior and named the platform with the Rito Crest, Revali's Landing to ensure his feats and tragic end during the Great Calamity would never be forgotten and they began to use the Flight Range for training over the next century.
Revali as a spirit.
When Ganon's power grew stronger, it took remote control of the Divine Beasts to terrorize the corresponding people from each tribe. With Vah Medoh, it would shoot down any Rito that approaches, forcing them to travel on foot when in the vicinity. A newly awakened Link arrives at the village and enlists the help of Teba, who's itching to stop Medoh an any cost. After taking out the cannons, Link boards Medoh while Teba retreats due to a wound sustained during the battle. Revali acknowledges Link's presence and assumes he is here to take back Vah Medoh and instructs him to go to the Guidance Stone to acquire a map and to activate all five terminals that will fire up the Main Control Unit. When Link does so, Revali will direct Link to the Main Control Unit to get it started up. When Link tries to activate it, Windblight Ganon appears which Revali explains that it was the perpetrator behind his death and implores Link to avenge him. After defeating the demon, Link activates the Main Control Unit without further disruption and Revali appears and praises him for his efforts, while reminding him not to take pride in doing his job too early and gives Link the use of his ability: Revali's Gale in gratitude before he decides to get Vah Medoh into position and prepare for his attack, and teasingly adds that only if Link needed his help and gave him the freedom to thank him now. As Link is warped out, Revali simply tells him to leave, reminding him that his mission isn't over yet, and Zelda has been waiting for a long time. He then positions Medoh at the highest peak to take aim and monologues that Medoh should have a precise angle at Ganon and that Link may be a worthy hero after all and hopes it holds out for everyone's sake as he patiently waits for Ganon to emerge.
Once the EX Champion Revali’s Song quest is completed the first time, Revali will gladly reduce the cooldown time for Link to use again much sooner when expressing surprise that Link. If Link defeats Windblight Ganon after Revali’s Gale is already updated, he can access secret dialogues from Revali, who will share whatever info that comes to his mind with him. In the first line of dialogue, he will ask about how Rito Village has been faring since the disaster and will always call it his home. In the second line of dialogue, Revali reveals that he had longed to have a duel with Link in order to settle their score, calling it "the battle of the ages". In the third line of dialogue, Revali will mention his diary that he left behind and tells Link not to believe anything written on it and denies ever being the author of it. In the fourth line dialogue, Revali will notice that Link has been diligent and training and deduces that he's likely anxious about his battle against Calamity Ganon and hoped to have some encouraging words from him, though Revali prefers to keep him in line. In the fifth and final line of dialogue, Revali make a request to Link that once he saves Zelda, he should not ask anything about him and not to discuss the topic and assumes that her memory isn't what it used to be anyway.
Revali prepares to fire when Ganon breaks free.
When Link reaches the Hyrule Castle's Sanctum, Princess Zelda's power is exhausted, and Calamity Ganon is released. Revali sees the opportunity and tells Ganon to brace himself for his vengeance as he opens fire on the beast with Divine Beast Vah Medoh along with the other Champions and their Divine Beasts, weakening it.
After having fulfilled their duties after Ganon was sealed away by Zelda for good; Revali, Mipha, Urbosa, Daruk, and King Rhoam are seen atop of Hyrule Castle giving their farewells before they leave for the afterlife.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
While Revali and the other Champions do not make a physical appearance, he, alongside them, do make a cameo appearance in the form of the Picture of the Champions, if the player has a completed The Champions' Ballad in their save file.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
Revali's introduction in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, which takes place 100 years before the events in Breath of the Wild when Link awoke from his rejuvenation sleep to find Hyrule in ruins, just before Calamity Ganon launched his attack, a small Guardian named Terrako that traveled into the past to warn the past versions of Zelda, Link, and the Champions of Calamity Ganon's impending attack gives them time to muster their forces for when he arrives.
| “ | This nonsense again? Rito Village is my home. While I'm here, you won't be getting any closer. | „ |
| ~ Revali vows to protect his village from any intruders. |
Revali is defending Rito Village with his troops following an attack by that timeline's Terrako, infected with the Malice that followed the future Terrako into the past, turning it into Harbinger Ganon, when Link shows up. When Revali's scouts see Link and Terrako, believing the Terrako with him to be Harbinger Ganon returning for another assault, they report to him about it, and he orders them to take action. Revali attacks him with his Rito warriors, swearing that they will not threaten Rito Village so long as he lives and breathes. After having one of his Rito Captains take out the bridge that served as the quickest route to Rito Village with a Bomb Arrow, Revali watched as Link and his forces fought their way past everything the Rito threw at them and overpowered the Rito Captains in charge of the archer squads raining Bomb Arrows down on the Hyrulean forces, forcing him to personally join the battle and face Link himself once Link reached Rito Village on his own.

Link and Revali duelling.
Although he is overpowered and thrown back into a barricade by Link, Revali recovers and fires a Bomb Arrow straight up before circling around and kicking Link with his talons, knocking Link back as he blocked with his shield, only to be disarmed of it when the Bomb Arrow detonates in midair in front of him when warned of it by Terrako just in time. Revali then fires off a few more to create a smokescreen around Link and circles as he prepares for the coup de grace. When he makes his move, Link tries to counter with a slash from his sword, but misses, giving Revali the opening for his kill shot at point-blank range. Just as he's about to fire the fatal shot at Link's back before Link can use his sword to defend from it, Zelda intervenes, her shouting for Revali and Link to stop fighting making Revali hesitate just long enough for Link to get his sword up just in time to deflect the fatal shot, leaving it to fall harmlessly to the ground near Zelda as she catches her breath, dressed in her winter attire and relieved neither Revali or Link are hurt. After being told of the situation, why Revali attacked them in the first place, and the reasons why Zelda, Link, Impa, and Terrako came to see Revali, he agrees to pilot Vah Medoh against Calamity Ganon, but still maintains some uncertainty and suspicion over Link, thinking he's nothing more than a pathetic knight in Zelda's service and unsure he is the chosen one to help seal Calamity Ganon away, though Revali is somewhat taken aback when Terrako says it is a knight in service to Zelda as well, before scoffing it off, calling them all ridiculous.
| “ | Revali: Well...My one comfort is that your reputation...will be completely ruined once you fail. The fallen knight, heh heh! Urbosa: Revali, how long do you expect us to put up with your prattle, huh? |

Tension between Link and Revali
Back in Castle Town, Zelda takes the Champions to calibrate the Divine Beasts for them, but are ambushed by Sooga, the Yiga, and Ganon's monsters. Link takes Zelda and withdraws while Revali and the other Champions fight off the enemy with the support of their own troops and the Hylian Captains, but the Hinox they engage in the enemy stronghold was a decoy to allow Sooga a chance to ambush Link and Zelda, but Link stops him from killing Zelda, forcing Sooga to call a retreat.
Revali continues his lack of faith in Link, such as when they head to Korok Forest, where though he is honored to help defend Hyrule at the request of Zelda's father, King Rhoam, he does not trust Link as their leader, boasting that Divine Beast Vah Medoh is the key to them attaining victory, and even taunting Link about failing and being called "the fallen knight", much to Urbosa's annoyance as she chastises him for his gloating before he summons Vah Medoh to help clear out the enemy resistance, including Hinox, Lynel, and enemy outposts, before giving the all-clear to head into the forest proper. However, while there, Mipha comments on the mist in the forest, which Revali then makes a complaint about it and believing they're likely walking in circles before a miffed Daruk suggested that he fly above to search the area and Revali calls him out for speaking before he thinks since it was too foggy to see through it. They soon meet Hestu, a giant Korok who's on a mission to return home but has trouble getting around due to a monster infestation and requests their assistance, which Revali remarks that he can get around safely without carrying his noisy maracas around, but Urbosa tells the Korok not to take his rudeness personally and offers him help to handle the situation, to the big Korok’s joy. After helping Hestu with getting past the monsters infesting the forest, along with the mysterious appearance of Malice when Calamity Ganon hasn't awoken yet, Link and Zelda are attacked by Astor with Malice-born copies of Revali and the other Champions, known as Hollows, who manage to overpower Link and break his standard-issued sword from the Hyrulean Army. They nearly kill Zelda before being dispelled by the light of the Master Sword as Link draws it from its pedestal and forces Astor into retreat when he realized that the Master Sword is too powerful for him to face at this point, even after using the Hollows against it.
Revali caught in the scuffle.
After meeting with the Great Deku Tree and returning to Castle Town, despite some interference on the road from more of Ganon's monsters, Revali is officially given his Champion of Hyrule attire, replacing the scarf he normally wore with the Rito insignia on it with his Champion scarf that had Vah Medoh on it. Terrako begins teasing Impa and made her chase it around and they ended up driving Revali insane when he is caught in the middle of their fight, prompting him to fly away, angrily grumbling "How asinine!" in response to their behavior. He then returns to Rito Village to prepare Vah Medoh for the inevitable. In the meantime, with the arrival of the Great Calamity looming closer once it is confirmed that Zelda's 17th birthday is when Ganon will break his seal, King Rhoam orders Castle Town and the surrounding communities evacuated of civilians to prevent collateral damage when Calamity Ganon arrives and takes over the Guardians to unleash mass destruction on everything and everyone. The soldiers evacuated as well are transferred to Akkala Citadel and Fort Hateno to reinforce the garrisons there. If those two bases are lost to Ganon's forces, the kingdom of Hyrule is sure to fall.
| “ | This is bad. Extremely bad. If the Calamity was able to overtake Hyrule Castle-- | „ |
| ~ Revali realizing the Great Calamity has begun |
Revali startled by a quake and horrified by the widespread shutdown of the Sheikah Towers by Ganon's power.
Soon, Calamity Ganon arrives as foretold, starting with Yiga Clan members infiltrating the lab where Robbie and Purah were working on the Sheikah Slate and Terrako, holding them and their staff at blade-point. However, Purah is able to give the Sheikah Slate to Terrako and he flees with it to Zelda, Impa, and Link, before Calamity Ganon's seal is broken and the creature of Malice and evil incarnate engulfs Hyrule Castle. Revali is back at the Sheikah Tower near Rito Village when he sees the warp panel flickering and realizes the castle has fallen, and immediately realizes the towers are next before they are powered down, cutting Revali off from the other Champions, leaving him to fend for himself. King Rhoam and his Royal Knights are forced to stay behind and be presumably killed by the corrupted Guardians as Link and Impa grab Zelda and flee for their lives.

| ~ Teba and Revali face down Windblight Ganon |
| “ | What? That thing's still standing? Yes, and yet... I can't help but feel that the wind may finally be at our backs. |
„ |
| ~ Teba and Revali as Link arrives to help fight Windblight Ganon |
Revali cries out in pain during his battle with Calamity Ganon.
Meanwhile, Revali is attacked inside Vah Medoh by Windblight Ganon, unable to make an effective attack on the stronger Blight Ganon as it seems to outsmart him at every turn, even nicking him on the wing with one shot that grazes him, though he considers it just a scratch. Before he is slain like in the original timeline, Terrako, in Zelda's grief and guilt, is able to summon Teba from 100 years in the future in Breath of the Wild to arrive just in time to save Revali from Windblight Ganon, throwing off the Blight Ganon's aim as it prepared the sure-kill shot at Revali by shooting several arrows at one of its arms, breaking its concentration from the sudden sneak attack from the flank. Then he distracts it to give Revali a chance to get some payback, but the Blight Ganon is able to intercept Revali's bomb arrows at the last second. However, Teba's support to Revali buys time until Link arrives to force Windblight Ganon into retreat for the moment, keeping Vah Medoh under Revali's control and saving his life in the process.
Revali demonstrates his archer prowess.
With Revali and Teba piloting Vah Medoh together, with Teba shooting any Guardian Skywatchers targeting Revali, and Revali returning the favor taking out the Skywatchers pursuing Teba, they take a moment to finally slay Windblight Ganon when it returns for a second-round while taking out enemy outposts, Hinox, Lynel, and Guardians.
He later joined the other Champions and their future counterparts in the other Divine Beasts, they launch their counterattack against the corrupted Guardians and monsters to protect Akkala Citadel and Fort Hateno from them and save many Hyrulean Soldiers' lives in the process, before then attacking Hyrule Field to assist Riju and Urbosa with clearing the way to Hyrule Castle alongside the other Divine Beasts and their still-living Champions. Purah is able to activate a failsafe that wipes out most of the corrupted Guardian automatons in a single stroke when they concentrate their efforts on Fort Hateno, nearly causing the fort to still capitulate to the enemy onslaught, resulting in Calamity Ganon losing the main part of its army that it razed Hyrule with in the Breath of the Wild timeline, leaving only a few of them left to reinforce his monsters, giving Hyrule the advantage.
| “ | Hmph. You know, you're pretty good for a little kid. | „ |
| ~ Revali praising Tulin for guiding them out of the forest safely |
Tulin and Revali.
In the second DLC Guardian of Remembrance, Revali discovers a Rito child wandering alone in the Korok Forest and loses track of him in the mist. Noticing that he has white feathers like Teba, Revali goes to tell him about it. Teba becomes worried and tags along despite Revali’s doubts about his agitated state due to the monster infestation there. Revali gives a description of the child and stated that he never saw one like him in the village in his time. Teba seems to suspect who it might be, but he decided to seek the child first. After some searching, they find the young Rito boy, whom Teba immediately recognized as his son Tulin. The Rito Captain volunteers to guard Tulin as they make their way out, while Teba and Revali keeps the monsters away from them. Tulin sees Revali and thinks he is another Rito warrior who fights just like Revali before the flabbergasted Rito Champion corrects him. Teba introduced Tulin to Revali, calling the young boy his son and Revali is pleasantly surprised. Tulin continuously praises Revali’s skills, which makes the Rito Warrior happy that he is still remembered even after 100 years in the Breath of the Wild timeline and guessed that no one has broken his records. As they make it to their intended destination which turned out to be a dead end, Revali laments over not being able to leave without the help of the Koroks, but Tulin manages to show them the secret passage that the Koroks told him about by detecting the wind coming from it, leaving all the Rito present amazed. After taking out the powerful monsters, they successfully returned to the forest entrance unscathed.
Revali breaks out laughing for the first time.
Teba tells Tulin to thank Revali for coming to his rescue. Tulin does so, and Revali smiles a bit and replied that he is pretty good for a little kid. Overjoyed by this, Tulin jumps towards him excitedly as he exclaimed that he would become a cool warrior like him and one day master the Great Eagle Bow, with Revali backing away nervously as Tulin got close to him. Revali tells him that he could have gotten killed by the monsters, yet doesn’t seem at all frightened by the experience, and bets that he may one day master the wind as well. Teba agrees, but lovingly adds that “he must first surpass his old man.” Tulin then replied with an imitation of Revali’s arrogant personality, making Teba laugh, but stops upon seeing the seemingly unamused Rito Champion, who asks if that was meant to sound like him. Having witnessed the father-son bond and Tulin’s innocence, desire to become like him, and sly sense of humor; Revali’s heart melts as he leans his head back and laughs happily as he clutched his stomach. Teba and Tulin join in with the Rito Warrior in laughter. Tulin attempts his own version of Revali’s Gale, calling it Tulin’s Tornado, summoning an updraft, but falls to the ground. Teba walks over to make sure he is okay and Revali chuckles as he tells Tulin that he still has a long way to go, affectionately calling him "kid".
Revali and Teba waiting for Zelda's orders.
With Zelda taking command of the survivors after awakening her powers granted to her by Hylia and the Triforce, they defend the Great Plateau with a reformed Master Kohga and his Yiga Clan, where Zelda discovers that her father, King Rhoam, and his Royal Knights are still alive thanks to the Ancient Guardian Shield she had given him earlier, which protected them from the Guardians' laser attacks and stunned them, buying the King and his men time to withdraw back to the Great Plateau before the automations recovered.
With Purah's help in using the restored Sheikah towers' teleportation ability, they are able to soon unite the Gerudo, Rito, Zora, Gorons, and Yiga Clan Sheikah together as a united allied force, and under Zelda's leadership with a still-living King Rhoam and his Hyrulean Soldiers joining their cause, they launch the full-scale assault to take back Hyrule Castle from Calamity Ganon.
After defeating his Harbinger in that timeline's Terrako that had been corrupted by Calamity Ganon's Malice when it followed the future Terrako back in time, a clearly desperate and insane Astor finally spirals into a full-blown psychotic breakdown and orders Ganon to kill Link and every one of his allies. However, Calamity Ganon had enough of enduring one too many failures and uses Astor as his conduit to assume a physical, and more human-like, form to fight the Champions, Zelda, and Link with, resulting in the destruction of Harbinger Ganon in the process. Link and Zelda reluctantly fought Terrako due to being corrupted by Malice during Ganon's transformation and bested it. Revali and the others share a moment of mourning and silence for the critically damaged Guardian, with Princess Zelda being the most affected by it, but they had to press on to the final battle at the Sanctum.
Revali's farewell to Teba.
In the end, Terrako sacrifices himself to weaken Calamity Ganon enough for Link to deliver the finishing blow with the Master Sword and allow Zelda to seal Calamity Ganon away once and for all. With Calamity Ganon gone, Teba and the other future Champions are returned to their time period by the residual energy from the ancient screw left from Terrako's sacrifice, and with himself and the other Champions still alive, Revali and the others are happy to see their future looking bright, especially after they are able to rebuild Terrako and reunite him with Zelda once more.
Revali, back into his Rito scarf, on the Sheikah Tower with the other Champions.
In the ending of the DLC, Revali, Teba, and Tulin hang out at the Flight Range, where Revali is seen seated with a sleeping Tulin snuggling up to him. He catches the blanket from being blown off the young boy as Teba watches with a smile on his face. He is later seen with the other Champions, who are all back in their original attire, watching as Princess Zelda jumps off the Sheikah Tower with a paraglider along with Terrako riding on her shoulders signifying her growth from an anxious and frustrated girl to a strong confident young woman through all the trials and hardships she had gone through and overcame.
