Biography
At Royal Woods High School, Sam met Luna. At some point, they formed a band with their friends, Mazzy and Sully. And then, they called themselves the Moon Goats. One of their popular songs was "My Band".
Unbeknownst to Sam, Luna started to develop romantic feelings for her. And even though Luna loved Sam, she didn't know how to tell her. But when she listened to her parents' love story, she decided to send a love letter to Sam, so that she could build a romantic connection with her. And when Sam saw the love letter, she smiled.
Despite becoming each other's girlfriend, Sam and Luna didn't think that they had a lot of things in common. But when they competed in the Royal Woods Astonishing Quest, the two girls eventually realized that they were perfect for each other after all.
For a long time, Sam and Luna were performing with the Moon Goats. One day, they borrowed Lily's songs, so that they could make the toddlers happy. But when Lily went to Aunt Ruth's cabin with her parents, the Moon Goats found new songs by pretending to be toddlers. After that, they impressed all of the toddlers, including Lily and Katerine Mulligan's niece, Adeline.
When Sam and her bandmates found out that their music club was being shut down, they started to have a protest. And even though they changed Principal Rivers' mind, Luna's sisters, Lori and Luan, started to get mad at her because their clubs were being shut down instead. A little while later, the Loud Sisters and their friends found a way to make things right. After that, they raised enough money to save all of their clubs.
Despite not being allowed to invite anyone else to the McBrides' house, Luna decided to ask Sam to help her take care of their cats, Cleopawtra and Nepurrtiti. But since she was with her little brother, Simon, Luna told him to stay in the living room and play with Clyde's VR headset. A little while later, Clyde and his adoptive fathers came home. And when they saw Sam and Simon, Luna told them what happened, and gave them their money back. Afterward, the McBrides told Luna that they were actually glad that she invited Sam. Mostly because they put the cats to sleep by singing a lullaby. To thank them for their hard work, the McBrides told Sam and Luna that they should split their money. And then, Sam gave her half to Luna, so that she could get her VIP pass. But as Luna was cheering, she woke up Cleopawtra and Nepurrtiti. Thinking quickly, Sam and Luna put the cats back to sleep by singing another lullaby.
Alongside the Loud Family, Sam was one of the people who went to Luna's concert after Lincoln managed to help his parents find the theater where she was going to perform.
After finding out that Leni, Luan, and Lincoln were reading her diary, Luna asked Sam to pretend to be a girl named Roxy, so that she could write a fake story.
When Katie Crest hired Luna as the lead singer of her band, Sam, Mazzy, and Sully were disappointed. And when Luna quit the band, she went back to The Burnt Bean, only to find out that her old bandmates replaced her with Chunk. Because of this, Luna told Chunk to join Katie's band, so that she could go back to being the lead singer of the Moon Goats.
While Luna was playing her guitar, she told "Brita" about the fight that she had with Sam.
When Lynn Sr. asked Luna to perform with him and his band, the Doo-Dads, the latter was worried that her friends wouldn't take her seriously as a rocker. A little while later, Sam, Mazzy, and Sully saw Luna performing with her father's band, and she realized that they actually loved her performance.
While Lana was playing with her animal friends, Sam tried to convince her to send them to the Exotic Pet Playground in Ohio. At first, Lana wasn't ready to say goodbye to her animal friends. But when they started to cause trouble, she took Sam's advice, and sent them to the Exotic Pet Playground. To cheer her up, Sam told Lana that she could use her computer to talk to her animal friends.
At the movie theater, Lori scared Sam and Luna while they were watching a movie. Just before she left, Lori asked Sam to give her some popcorn.
When Mazzy and Sully got injured, they (along with Sam and Leni) asked Luna to invite Mick Swagger to their school dance. After a few failed attempts, Luna pretended to be Mick, so that she could make her friends happy. But when her cover was blown, Luna told Sam and Principal Rivers that she couldn't get Mick to play. At that moment, Mick and his band showed up. And then, Mick asked Luna to sing with him. Once the song was over, Sam told Luna that it was the best dance ever.
While Luna was getting ready to sing a song to Sam, she found out that she got Luan's jokes instead of the lyrics to her song.
When Luna caught the hiccups, she was worried that she wouldn't be able to perform with Sam, Mazzy, and Sully. After several failed attempts, Luna stopped her hiccups by using Lisa's new anti-hiccup throat spray. But then, she left the spray in Chunk's truck when she went to the concert with her bandmates. Despite this, Sam, Mazzy, and Sully told Luna that her hiccups had a great rhythm. And with that, Luna decided to sing the Moon Goats' newest song while hiccuping. And when the song ended, Luna, her siblings, and her bandmates realized that her hiccups were gone.
On Lucy's ninth birthday, Sam was seen performing at The Burnt Bean with Luna, Mazzy, and Sully.
When Leni told Luna and Lori about Gavin's habit of snort laughing, the latter two realized that their dates had bad habits too. Sam was being indecisive, and Bobby was always singing. Because of this, they decided to help them with their habits. But when Sam, Gavin, and Bobby told Luna, Leni, and Lori about their bad habits (beatboxing, taking selfies, and saying "Literally"), they got mad. A little while later, the six friends realized that they cared about each other. They also realized that they wouldn't be the same without their bad habits.
After straining her voice and hurting her hands, Luna told Sam, Mazzy, and Sully that she couldn't perform at their next concert. Thinking quickly, she found her temporary replacement, a teenage tuba player named Nina. At first, Luna thought that she was perfect for the Moon Goats' band. But when she saw how great Nina was, she tried to stop her from going to the audition, so that she could ask Joey to take her place instead. A little while later, Luna eventually told her bandmates the truth about Nina, and she agreed to let her perform at their concert. After that, Sam told Luna that they would never replace her (even though they previously replaced her with Chunk after she agreed to join Katie Crest's band). And with that, Luna decided to accept Nina as her friend/temporary replacement.
When the Moon Goats' song, "My Band", got a lot of views, they decided to get tattoos, so that they could celebrate. The next day, Luna changed her mind after Chunk told her that getting a tattoo was actually painful. But when she told her bandmates about it, Luna realized that they didn't want to get tattoos either. And with that, the Moon Goats decided to get matching bracelets instead.
Sam and Gavin were some of the guests who went to Luna and Leni's party. At first, they were having a fun time. But then, they accidentally destroyed Leonard's boat.
On Christmas, Sam was seen ice skating with Luna.
Sam was one of the people who found out that Lori was the next bachelorette of The Dream Boat.
