The members of Sector Z, thank you...
~ Alessandra thanking Monty Uno to turn them back into the Sector Z.
Tell the Kids Next Door we miss them!
~ Sector Z's final words before re-delightfulization.

The Sector Z, later known as The Delightful Children From Down The Lane, are supporting characters in Codename: Kids Next Door, making their only appearance in Operation: Z.E.R.O. They were a team of the Kids Next Door until Father brainwashed them turning into enemies of their former organization.

Bruce and David were voiced by Benjamin Diskin (who also voices Nigel Uno and Hoagie Gilligan in the same series), Lenny was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker (who also voices Hoagie Gilligan (and his negative self) and Tommy Gilligan in the same series, the Clone Troopers in the Star Wars franchise (as well their LEGO selves), Perry the Platypus and his evil self in the Phineas and Ferb franchise, Avatar and Momo in Avatar: The Last Airbender, Naga in Avatar: The Legend of Korra, Lalo in The Casagrandes, Lion in Steven Universe, Klaus Heisler In American Dad!. and some of Ben Tennyson's aliens in Ben 10 franchise.) and Alessandra and Constance were voiced by Cree Summer.

Physical appearences

The Sector Z wear heavily-clothed military and samurai fatigues with the letter 'Z' on their hats. Unlike their delightful selves' white and blue clothing, Sector Z's has some gray/black and red/green features to show their brave nature.

Personalities

Because Sector Z has been considered lost for many years now, and the Delightful Children never seem to age, it is reasonable to assume that they may have achieved life-long youth, through their unique Delightfulization. This is rather ironic, considering that the Delightful Children's main ambition is to grow up.

Biography

The Sector Z is a group of members of the Kids Next Door that Father used to test his delightfulization chamber, during the experiment a fuse explodes, raising the machine's power to exorbitant levels, which caused them to turn into deightful children following Father's orders. The Sector Z were known after this as the missing sector of the Kids Next Door, as Numbuh 101 created a diorama of their teehouse for the museum, while them, now as The Delightful Children From Down The Lane are reccurring enemies of the Kids Next Door, especially for Sector V.

When Grandfather's plot to turn every kid and former kid into Senior Citi-zombies, Numbuh 0 uses the recommissioning device to turn them back into their original selfs for a limited time. Then they go to the Kids Next Door Moonbase and there they fight against the zombified members of Sector V while Numbuh 1 sets the plan into action, but after finishing the job, they turn back into The Delightful Children while saying goodbye to the Kids Next Door and ask him to tell KND they missed them, after this it is unknown if sometime after the series finale the Kids Next Door managed to revert the Sector Z to their original state.

In "Operation: S.C.I.E.N.C.E." a Sector Z tent is seen in the Kids Next Door 2x4 Technology Convention, possibly as an homage for them.
