Stephanie "Stef" Steinbrenner is one of the main characters in 1985 movie The Goonies. She is the one of The Goonies. She was played by Martha Plimpton.
She helped Mikey and Brand along with others find the treasure of One Eyed Willy. She is best friends with Andy, at one point helping to calm/comfort Andy when she has a panic attack at the sight of a rotten corpse.
Her feelings towards Mouth change pretty heavily over the course of the movie. In the beginning, it's clear she finds him quite irritating. Throughout much of the film, they argue and insult each other, but by the end of the movie, they have seemingly made peace with each other and become friends.
