Cheetor is a Maximal from the Transformers: Beast Wars series, a young energetic, and impulsive character, whose beast mode is a cheetah. He greatly admires and looks up to Optimus Primal, whom he affectionately calls "Big Bot". Cheetor evolves throughout the series, becoming a Transmetal and then a Transmetal II, gaining new abilities and increased strength. He eventually matures into a capable warrior, even taking on a leadership role in "Beast Machines" when Optimus Primal becomes more focused on his connection to the Oracle.
