Pa Cheeks is one of the six tritagonists (alongside Ma Cheeks, Randy Cheeks, Granny Cheeks, and Rowdy and Rosie Cheeks) of Nickelodeon's 52nd full-length live-action/animated feature film, Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie.
He is voiced by Craig Robinson, who also played himself in This is the End, Kevin in Dolittle, Mr. Shark in The Bad Guys, Atlas in Toy Story 5 and Cookie in Shrek Forever After.

Just like his wife, Pa Cheeks cares about Sandy and the rest of their family.
Biography
Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie
When Sandy ends up getting poisoned by the venomous rattlesnakes, she decides to whistle for her family. At that moment, the Cheeks family shows up. And then, Ma Cheeks sucks out the poison from Sandy's body. Afterward, the rest of the Cheeks family work together to scare the rattlesnakes away. During their next journey, Sandy tells her family that she and SpongeBob have to go to B.O.O.T.S. Lab, so that they can rescue her friends from Sue Nahmee. Because of this, her family uses a cannon to get them there. A little while later, Sandy decides to whistle for her family again, so that they can help her and her friends get Bikini Bottom back to the ocean. But since one of her teeth is missing, she can't whistle. Luckily, SpongeBob manages to whistle for her. After getting Bikini Bottom back to the ocean, Pa and the rest of the Cheeks family decide to perform at the Krusty Krab.
Sandy's Country Christmas
Pa Cheeks and the rest of the Cheeks family return to Bikini Bottom to visit Sandy on Christmas. And when Santa gets knocked out, they help Sandy and SpongeBob save Christmas.

- SpongeBob imitates Pa Cheeks in one of his attempts to stop Sandy from reaching the Alaskan Bull Worm in the Season 2 episode, "Sandy, SpongeBob, and the Worm".
- Pa Cheeks is the first Cheeks family member that appears in Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie who appears in 2D animation and The Patrick Star Show.
