The Shell City Sea Creatures are minor characters in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
They were live-action dead knick-knacks, until the water from the sprinklers brought them back to life.
Their vocal effects were provided by Frank Welker.
The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie
They were originally deceased sea creatures to be made into knick-knacks by the Cyclops and to be sold in the gift shop Shell City. Alexander Clam Bell is the first victim which SpongeBob and Patrick finds out was killed, soon the Cyclops takes SpongeBob and Patrick out of the fish tank and dries them under the lights of the lamp, just to kill them.
After SpongeBob and Patrick's tears formed into which Goofy Goober's, the tear drips down to the plug and destructs the artery of the lamp, thus leading to a smoke evoking faucet sprinkling, thus gives all the victims back to life. The revived victims besieges the Cyclops and a lobster squeezes a bottle of glue to blind the Cyclops, before every sea creature (except for SpongeBob and Patrick, who attained Neptune's crown) rush towards Cyclops and attacks, presumably killing him.
