Larry the Moth, better known as Uncle Larry, is a supporting character in Dav Pilkey's Dog Man book series.
He is a dimwitted moth, Daryl the Moth‘s uncle, and is second in-command of The Friendly Friends.
Personality
Uncle Larry is a smart and sometimes dimwitted moth. He seems to love building things and he seems to be a scientist.
Appearance
Uncle Larry is an albino pink moth with yellow wings with red patterns. He has round spectacles with a pistachio green hue on the lenses. He has 4 limbs, even though most bugs have 6 pairs of limbs. He also has a double chin.
History
Dog Man: For Whom the Ball Rolls
He appears with Daryl interrupting some important news on a phone, which shows Sarah Hatoff's news blog.
Dog Man: Twenty Thousand Fleas Under the Sea
He joins as part as secong-in-command in The Friendly Friends.
Dog Man: The Scarlet Shedder
He attends Nurse Lady and Chief's wedding.
Dog Man: Big Jim Begins
He attends the hero party with all the heroes created by The Space Cuties. He eats the cake contaminated with some type of sleep potion in there and falls asleep.
