Viper Chai also know as Mr. Cleveland is one of the overarching protagonist of Captain Underpants Epic Choice-o-Rama.

As Viper Chai, he loves fighting for good. In his movies, he goes to some bathrooms and when a ninja appears, he fights the ninjas so that he can live.

Biography
In the special, Mr. Cleveland may have a significant part to play, but this will depend on the decisions that player make. If George and Harold decide to seek assistance, then he will play the most important role.
After that, he cheerfully shows himself to be Viper Chai and engages in combat with Melvin and Kungstruction Fu Kolassas until they reach the "final flush!" On the other hand, Kungstruction Fu Kolassas trips and falls on the tree house that George and Harold have built, causing it to be destroyed.
In a stroke of good luck, Viper Chai purchases a fresh new tree house for George and Harold.
