Azuri is a supporting character in the 2024 Roblox RPG game Block Tales, serving as a major character of the game's fifth chapter, Trouble on the Heights.
She is a council member apart of the Trinity located on the Heights and the leader of the Astral Isles faction. During the storyline, she initially assigns Cassie to stay with the player in the castle, but eventually is willing to help them out when they adventure out and eventually enter her observatory for help.
Appearance
Azuri is a white Robloxian decked in a wizard's outfit with lapis-colored glasses and dark blue long hair. Her choice of weapon is a silver Meteor staff with a magenta gem in the middle of it.
Personality
Azuri is the brains of the trio, being rather calm and collected. Because of this, she is able to assert authority over her colleagues as their advisor, even ceasing Reginald and Robur's argument with each other when discussing Cassie. She also reveals to the player that she knew Reginald would attempt to frame them and views that they come from the future, as well as them actually being unstable (from suppressing their negative emotions) rather than malicious.
Like Cassie, Azuri too is also fiercely loyal to the Trinity, even going to far to remind the queen about her duties and responsibilities over the city. When Telamon reveals the player needs to obtain all seven of the Sword Fight on the Heights swords to stop MysFig's plans, Azuri is immediately the first to hop onto this idea, already predicting how cataclysmic the results and future would be if they falter and the importance of this event.
Biography
Robur appears alongside the other Trinity council members as the player and Telamon arrive at the castle for Cassie's rise to monarchy. Azuri tells Cassie that with such great power as the Wind Walker comes great responsibility, to which the latter understands about. Eventually all three settle that Cassie is suitable for the throne. When Reginald speaks up about this, Robur starts to argue with him again until Azuri silences them both.
Soon, the Korblox Empire invades the Trinity castle and knock out Cassie to Azuri's concern as she defends her from the Korblox leader, Arg'il, alongside Azuri and Telamon. Arg'il retreats and Reginald belittles Cassie for her lack of combat experience, something that both Robur and Azuri agree with him on. The three council members then teleport back to their respective empires to prepare themselves for battle against the Korbloxs, with the promise of the player looking after Cassie in the castle. Azuri teleports herself, alongside the other two back to their respective factions.
After the player and Cassie decide to adventure around the town and defeat Reginald when arriving at his castle in Redcliff, he flees in order to tell on the former that they attacked him to both Robur and Azuri. The duo hurry after to Splintered Skies and then the Astral Isles where they enter Azuri's observatory.
Azuri claims she was already aware of Reginald's behavior beforehand when the latter reported the player to her and views the player themselves as unstable and numb for suppressing their emotions. Although Azuri wants to protect Cassie for the best, she understands that they are already brave for not only fending off against the Korbloxs, but also each of the factions' own guards as well, even being able to obtain both Reginald's and Robur's Sanctum Shards. She tests the two on their wisdom by locking them into an escape room puzzle in order for them to obtain her Sanctum Shard.
After solving Azuri's puzzle and claiming all three Sanctum Shards, Cassie hurries back to the Trinity Castle to claim the Windforce while the player follows behind. The three council members including Robur block the player in their path from accessing the Sanctum. They will allow access if the player bests them in a 1-vs.-3 battle as Azuri lifts everyone up onto a battle field in the sky. The player defeats the trio as they collapse on the floor, exhausted, now allowing them access to the Sanctum.
After both the player and Cassie defeat Arg'il and end his reign of terror over the Heights, they re-enter the castle court where the council members are, having recovered. When Reginald accuses the player of stealing the Windforce and knocking Cassie out unconscious, (in reality, she just exhausted herself from fighting Arg'il) Azuri points out the player does not even have the Windforce, leaving the rest of the council members shocked.
With the leader killed, this leaves the Korblox Empire severely weakened which allows the Trinity to neutralize them. Azuri then claims to have swiftly moved to repairing and securing the city with only minimal people killed in the war. Afterwards, Azuri and the others recoup at the castle's court where she apologizes to Cassie for underestimating her and choosing the others over her for her safety, as she wanted nobody to unjustly obtain or misuse the Windforce, which would have costed her Cassie in the process. When Leer appears to steal the Windforce for himself, Azuri wards him off from attempting this act of theft.
Azuri appears on floor fifty-nine of the pit, where she is fought with the other two council members and Toothy Deer.
