First Choco Cookie is a supporting character of Devsisters' Cookie Run franchise.
She is one of the First Cookies, human witches who were turned into Cookies and the leader of the Chocosseum.
She is voiced by Gwak Gyu-mi in Korean.
Background
First Choco Cookie was once a human warrior who onced took part in countless battles. Many of her close allies fell in battle and she herself was close to death until she was saved by the Witch of Light. Since then she became a witch and joined in her mission to bring light to the world. On the day when she and the other witches to gather light for a ritual, one of the witches poisoned the ritual causing the other witches to crumble into dust. Determined to save her followers the Witch of Light placed their souls into cookie bodies and placed them into slumber, one of whom was First Choco Cookie.
When she woke up First Choco Cookie became the leader of the Chocosseum and made a rule that if a cookie failed a trial three times then they won't be able to enter the Chocosseum again.
When she heard rumors of First Egg Cookie's hunt for the first batch she had warriors protect her first batch.
Appearance
First Choco Cookie has brown dough with long hair with curls on both sides, and red eyes with the left eye being covered by her hair. She is always seen with a serious look on her face.
Her outfit consits of dark brown armour that covers her entire body with a red gem on her chest and a black skirt. She has red tear drop earings on both sides of her head and she wears a brown waffle cone tiara with brown wings. Whenever she gets serious six blades appear behind her.
Her weapon of choice is two swords.
Personality
When first encountered, First Choco Cookie seems like someone who believes the strong should become worthy warriors and the weak should just leave. In reality she worries about the safety of her warriors and does what she believes are for the best. Having witnessed battle herself before meeting the Witch of Life she doesn't want the weak to suffer. After seeing Melted Choco Cookie in action she now sees the flaws of her ways and now knows all have the right to become warriors.
Unlike many of the first cookies she still has a mojority of her memories intact as she was aware that she was once a human witch. She also plans ahead as she had warriors guard her first batch from First Egg Cookie.

- In Cookie Run Kingdom's 5th anniversary Fan Festival Talk Show, First Choco Cookie is revealed to be one of the 5 witches who believed that civilizations are what cookies need.
- First Choco cookie is the first first cookie to not wear a Witch hat.
