Spunky is a fictional character in the cartoon series Rocko's Modern Life and the comic book series of the same name.
He is Rocko's dog.
He was voiced by Carlos Alazraqui (shares with Rocko) who is best known for voicing Lazlo, Clam, Nestor, Golly Gopher, Monroe, Rikochet, Panchito Pistoles, Winslow T. Oddfellow, Spyro the Dragon, El Chupacabra, and Skylar.
Personality
Spunky serves as Rocko's companion pet throughout the series. He is very loyal and loving dog. Likewise, Spunky is very dimwitted, as he gets his owner into sticky situation due to his stupidity.
Movie
Spunky stars in the Netflix movie, Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling.
