Tiptup is a clumsy turtle in Diddy Kong Racing. He is also a supporting character in the first two Banjo-Kazooie games.
Biography
Diddy Kong Racing
Tiptup is a playable driver in Diddy Kong Racing. He aids Timber, Pipsy and the others defend their home island from Wizpig. The pig tyrant flies back to his home planet, Future Fun Land, after being defeated by Tiptup and his friends. Tiptup and his allies follow, and defeat Wizpig for a second time. Tiptup's instrument theme is a xylophone or marimba.
Banjo-Kazooie
Tiptup is teaching a choir inside Tantup, a giant turtle found at Bubblegloop Swamp. If Banjo can follow and repeat each of Tiptup's lessons, he will be rewarded with a Jiggy.
Banjo-Tooie
Tiptup is located on the beach below Turtle View Cave at Jolly Roger's Lagoon. He is concerned that an egg containing his unborn son has not hatched. If Kazooie hatches the egg and helps the infant get on his feet, Tiptup will reward her with a Jiggy before taking the baby to meet his sisters.
Banjo-Pilot
Tiptup makes a cameo appearance in Banjo-Pilot on the track Clanker's River.
