Team MZ are the main protagonists of Pokémon: Legends Z-A and it's post-game DLC, Mega Dimension.
They are initially a team of four Pokémon trainers whose goal is to save Lumiose City from Rogue Mega Evolved Pokémon while competing in the Z-A Royale.
In the Mega Dimension DLC, they have two new members as they try to stop two worlds from merging.
Members
- AZ - Benefactor of Team AZ as the founder of their headquarters, Hotel Z and provides guidance and support.
- Urbain/Taunie - Team leader of Team MZ and eventually the latest CEO of Quasartico Inc.
- Lida - Both second-in-command and strategist of Team MZ. She is also Tierno's half-sister despite the two never met.
- Paxton/Harmony - The primary protagonist of Legends Z-A, the ace member of Team MZ, and Mable's assistant for researching Pokémon.
- Naveen - Member and designer of Team MZ logo and clothing.
- Korrina - While originally introduced in Pokémon X & Pokémon Y as Shalour City's Gym Leader (who specializes Fighting-type), in Pokémon: Legends Z-A Korrina appears as a recruit assigned by Corbeau. She joins Team MZ to help them save every Rogue Mega Evolved Pokémon in Hyperspace Lumiose and prevent the merging between the two worlds. She is the only member of Team MZ that doesn't wear the logo due to her refusal to remove her stone holders. It is also revealed that the Lucario that AZ gives to the player at the end of the main story was originally hers.
- Ansha - Daughter of Diantha and Team MZ's donut chef. Ansha doesn't have a Pokémon Team to fight Rogue Mega Evolved Pokémon with, instead she uses her donut making skills and her friend, Hoopa to provide Team MZ with access to Hyperspace Lumiose. Her goal is to capture Rayquaza and make her mother proud.

Paxton/Harmony and Ansha
- Paxton/Harmony is the player's character so their Pokémon Team depends on the player's choice.
- Ansha doesn't have any Pokémon which could be due to being too young to be a Pokémon Trainer, she doesn't even own the Hoopa she's seen with as it's just her friend.
Trivia
- While Urbain/Taunie are the leader of this team, it is unknown if they are also the founder of it.
- It's the first team from a mainline game that actually has all good members instead of evil or even neutral.
- In the game, it's revealed that "M" is for Mega Evolution and "Z" is for Hotel Z.
- Team MZ is likely a reference of three generational groups: Millennial (Gen Y), Zillennial (Gen YZ), and Gen Z.
- Since Ansha has not yet to engage Pokémon battles, she is the only one that does not use Mega Evolution.
