The Crucified Predator, also known as the Classic Predator, is a supporting character in the 2010 sci-fi movie Predators. He is the blooded warrior member of the Jungle Hunter Clan, who was captured and imprisoned by the Bad Bloods Super Predators, until he is later freed by the main human protagonist Royce and formed an alliance with him in escaping the planet and in exchange for freedom.
He was portrayed by Derek Mears.
History
At some point in time, Classic Predator was sent to Planet LV-412, as his clan rite of passages to becomes Blooded Yautja. After been managed killed single Xenomorph Drone in that planet, Classic Predator accidentally teleport on Game Preserve Planet. The Classic Predator first appears being hunted at a waterfall by the Super Predators. He attempts to fight but is overpowered by the Super Predators and tied to a totem. Later, Royce and the group encounter him at a camp where he is tied up as if he is crucified. Nikolai approached the Predator and he awoke with a loud roar. The Super Predators attack and the humans then flee for safety, leaving the Classic Predator to his fate. Royce returns to the camp several hours later to make a deal with the Predator and that if he takes him back to Earth with him, he’ll free him. The Predator agrees by using his wrist computer to control the Super Predator’s ship and sets the course for Earth.
The Classic Predator gathers his weapons and equipment when the Berserker Predator appears. Royce flees to the spaceship while the Classic battles with Berserker. The Berserker Predator managed to fire some shots with his shoulder cannon and Classic took cover under a log. When Berserker neared the log to investigate, Classic tackled him and knocked him to the ground. The Berserker recovered and head-butted him three times, knocking the Classic’s mask off and overpowering him. Berserker then took his mask off and swiftly decapitates the Classic. The Predator’s head and lifeless body then falls to the ground as Berserker roars in victory before putting his mask back on.
Personality
The Classic Predator, like the rest of his clan, was an honorable hunter. He was a skilled warrior and combatant yautja, but because of his capture and torture by the Super Predators, he was weakened and likely starved, not powerful enough of his strength and stamina to defeat Berserker. These, coupled with the Berserker Predator's dishonorable use of plasma weaponry to disorient him, resulted in his eventual death.

- The Classic Predator resembles the original Predator designed by Stan Winston from the 1987 movie Predator. They are many similarities and differences of these :
- These is due to both Predators are belongs same clan. Which AVP Evolution retconned their story, with Planet LV-412 indeed belongs to them as their clan rites of passages.
- While Jungle Hunter skills presumed to be mature blooded yautja who at least close to veteran hunter rank, Crucified Predator just still young adulthood yautja despite his blooded rank status. It should be noted that Jungle Hunter has larger dreadlocks, where as Crucified Predator only has slightly smaller dreadlocks.
- Jungle Hunter mandibles and mouth movement is similar to that crab, where as Crucified Predator can open his mandibles widely.
- The Classic Predator is portrayed by Derek Mears, a famous movie monster actor.
- The Classic Predator is the first known Predator to fight another Predator in the film, following the Fugitive Predator.
- With these, he also the first known Predator who helped human.
- The director of Predators 2010 movie given his nickname as Broken Jaw Predator, due to his four mandibles that only moves in that movie.
- Crucified Predator's rank is stated as clan leader, in his game based movie counterpart.
- The Captured Predator from Predator Hunting Grounds, is seen wearing his mask, which mistakenly to be him at first.
- Until in Radio tapes confirmed these issues, with Captured Predator is in fact another member of his clan, who seeks vengeance to Super Predator Clan, by killing another individuals of Falconer and Tracker who hunts in Earth.
