Karasu is a recurring heroic character from the anime and manga series, One Piece. He is a Commander of the Revolutionary Army, leader of their North Army.
He was voiced by Takeshi Kusao in Japanese and Matt Fowler in English.
Appearance

He utterly despises the Celestial Dragons and sees them as a blight upon the world, and is a fierce protector of the innocent.

As a officer in the Revolutionary Army, he has a powerful position with his organization. And as an executive in the North Army,Karasu possesses power over the Revolutionary Army.
During the latest Levely, Karasu is shown to be a very capable fighter such as when he fought against Fujitora and managed to cause some enough injure to the Admiral to be badgered around the head.
Devil Fruit
Karasu ate the Soot-Soot fruit, a logia type that allows him to create, control, and become Soot. He typically uses this power to turn into a murder of crews. While transformed, Karasu is capable to perform action under his wide area, when he was shown to stole all of the Peachbeard Pirates' swords twice. He also is capable to talking through his crows.
Like all Logia, normal physical attacks are worthless against him as shown by the government agent's guns. Only Busoshoku Haki can bypass his defensive abilities.
