Collei is a major playable character from Genshin Impact and appearing as one of the main protagonists in the WebComic and serves as one of the main characters in Chapter III of the Archon quests.
She is voiced by Qin Wenjing in Chinese, Bang Siu in Korean, Christina Costello in English, and Maekawa Ryoko in Japanese.
Appearance
Collei is a young girl with green hair and purple eyes. Her webcomic appearance has shorter hair and usually wears bandages. In the game, her hair longer with a hair clip and a single earring on her left ear. She wears a brown dress with a green shawl with a yellow scarf and brown stockings with black boots.
Biography
Collei was a victim of the Fatui and was experimented with Archon Residue. She had the power to create dark flames and traveled to Mondstadt and met Amber. Amber takes her to a circus but she is still dreaded from the curse. A voice in her head forced her to stab Amber but it turns out the knife was fake and just a prop which made dandelions fly. When she met Kaeya, he fights with her and she begs him to kill her. Amber saves Collei from Kaeya with her Baron Bunny and escapes with Collei. When meeting Cyno, he exorcises her to remove the residue she had from the Fatui but was also found by Barnabas.
Powers and Abilities
Collei specializes with bows and uses a Dendro Vision.
Floral Brush
She throws out a Floral Ring that deals 1 instance of Dendro damage to targets it comes into contact with.
The Floral Ring will return after a set time, dealing Dendro damage once again.
Trump-Card Kitty
She throws the doll named Cuilein-Anbar, causing an explosion that deals AoE Dendro damage, creating a Cuilein-Anbar Zone. Cuilein-Anbar will bounce around within this zone, dealing AoE Dendro damage.

- Both Similar Collei and Amber have Gliding Champion and even the ribbon on it including a stuffed toy.
- Collei gets her name from Welsh language, which means "puppy".
- The constellation of Collei is the Serval, a wild cat that lives only in sub-Saharan Africa and Morocco.
- Collei's jewelry appears to be inspired by Arabic jewelry, and the short cape she wears has hanging shoushas, which are traditional Moroccan tassels that are sometimes hung from clothing (especially belts, veils, scarves and cloaks).
