Kephale (Greek: Κεφαλή) was the supporting character in the 2023 Science-Fantasy Turn Based Role-Playing Video Game Honkai: Star Rail. The Worldbearing Titan, Kephale was the omniscient God and the creator of people in the Myths of Amphoreus. They are one of the Three Titans of Creation, which Kephale symbolizes hope and heroism. They relinquished the Throne of dominion over the world, to leave a glimmer light of humanity. Kephale is the Patron Deity of the City State of Okhema, including the sub-area Dawncloud.
